The present study aims to study the structural relationship between environmental awareness, environmental consciousness and EWB among the business owners and industrial units of industrial areas of Jaipur city. The structural equation modelling (SEM) was used, with a sample size of 200 respondents, in which environmental awareness was specified as an exogenous predictor of the two latent outcomes, namely environmental consciousness and environmental conservation, each measured by several indicators. The results of maximum likelihood estimation showed a moderate moderation effect of awareness on environmental consciousness, and strong moderation effect on conservation behaviour. The level of moderation effect that awareness has on environmental consciousness and conservation behaviour was moderate and significant to moderate and strong, respectively, in the findings of maximum likelihood estimation. The measurement model also identified a subset of items that strongly represent each latent construct. This indicates that raising the awareness of industrial stakeholders can be an effective way to grow attitudinal involvement and conservation among them. The study builds on the rising body of research related to pro environmental behaviour in WOK and provides fallout for environmental training, policy design and future study of the issue of industrial sustainability.
